IFAC
The International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) is the worldwide organization of the accountancy profession. IFAC works with its members and associates (157 members in 118 countries) to protect the public interest by encouraging accountants around the world to use high-quality professional practices. IFAC members and associates represent professional and national accounting bodies, in addition to 2.5 million accountants practicing the profession and working in the public sector and industrial, commercial, governmental and academic fields.
With this in view, ASCA (Jordan) became a member of IFAC and concluded an agreement to translate into Arabic and publish:
• International Standards on Auditing and Quality Control
• International Public Sector Accounting Standards
• International Standards on Auditing, Assurance and Professional Code of Ethics
• Anti-Money Laundering
• Code of Ethics
ASCA (Jordan) is the sole Arab entity to publish these books in Arabic all over the world.
