Lebanon and Other Arab Countries Recognize ACPA Certificate

BEIRUT --- September 19, 2012 --- The Board of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA) decided to recognize the Arab Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) certificate.
The Arab Society for Certified Accountants (ASCA) representative in Beirut Mr. Waref Kumayha received a letter in this regard from President of the Association Mr. Amin Saleh.
HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of the Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA) expressed his gratitude to the Association and to its Board for this decision and highly praised the role of the Association in safeguarding the interests of the certified accountants and boosting the accounting profession in the country.
The Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants (LACPA) is the sole organization representing the CPA profession in Lebanon.
LACPA assists its members in improving their personal as well as professional skills, through education, certification, and association with other business professionals.
