IASCA Awarded Project to Develop Digital Competencies of Trade Bank of Iraq’s Personnel
AMMAN — The International Arab Society of Certified Accountants (IASCA) announced that it has been awarded a new project in Iraq, in collaboration with the Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI, to develop the competencies of the Bank’s employees and bolster their professional capabilities.
Under this project, IASCA will implement a comprehensive digital training program designed to qualify participants for its professional certifications. Furthermore, candidates will undergo certification examinations conducted in accordance with the highest international professional standards.
In a move reflecting the Bank's commitment to institutional excellence, the TBI has linked the attainment of these professional certifications to career advancement and promotion paths for its employees. This strategic step aims to elevate institutional performance and bolster professional efficiency within the Bank.
