The Arab Society of Certified Accountants (Jordan) held a seminar and workshop entitled "The Integrated Accountancy System on Computer - First Level".
This workshop is considered to be one of the first workshops in this field, if not the first; and it received strong acceptance. Participants from Syria, Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan attended the workshop.
Many others contacted ASCA requesting them to re-conduct the workshop, and were informed that priority went to those who registered and paid the participation fees. The association's management dedicated a 15% discount for ASCA members; a 10% discount for the other professional association members; and a 10% discount for the institutions and corporations, which nominated more than one candidate. The workshop will be held for the second time on May 26-30, 2002 for 3 hours daily. The association and society management welcome the comments, views and suggestions of participants, taking into consideration that there are many courses, seminars and workshops that will be held.
