Four Trustees Reappointed

NEW YORK-The Trustees of the International Accounting Standards Committee (IASC) Foundation announced on July 20, 2007 the reappointment of four Trustees for a second three-year term until 31 December 2010.
On the other hand, the IASC Foundation Trustees is seeking nominations for the other 12 trustees therefore it is encouraging the accounting organizations to submit candidates names to the Trustees’ Nominating Committee by mid-September 2007.
IASC is an independent body that oversees the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
