Mr. Tawfiq Tabbaa is an attorney specializing in criminal and civil litigation cases involving trademark counterfeiting and software piracy, in addition to his work of undertaking seizures in the market, customs and IP titles registration before government authorities in Jordan and the Middle East. Mr. Tabbaa previously served with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as a legal officer in the Bureau for Arab Countries (2001-2002) and as a Senior Officer at the WIPO Coordination Office in New York (2000-2001). He has had extensive experience in the legal and IP fields.
